Job Description

1. Define and execute a monitoring solution that includes monitoring, alerts, auto incident creation, and tracing.
2. Support for creation and integration of IaaC scripts along with the IaaC SE.
3. Create alerting mechanisms to proactively identify potential issues before they impact users, tuning alerts to minimize noise and false positives.
4. Define metrics to measure and improve reliability and performance.
5. Configure distributed tracing tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Jaeger) to gain insights into application performance and bottlenecks.

Tools list: Azure DevOps, Sonar Cube, Jfrog Artifactory, VS CODE, GIT, PlayRight, SOAP UI, UFT, Service NOW, Ansible, Terraform, Squared Up, Plutora (TBC), YAML, Shell Scripting, Windows & Linux, SCOM, SPLUNK (Nice to have), SQL DB.
