Key Responsibilities: Manage the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports. Oversee the preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims. Handle the preparation of internal and external project cashflow information. Lead change control processes, including identification and negotiation. Assess and quantify the effects of delay and disruption on projects. Monitor and manage all ongoing commercial aspects throughout project lifecycles. Act as the Commercial Lead on projects, liaising directly with clients and client representatives. Ensure compliance with contract provisions regarding notifications and claims. Procure, compile, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. Negotiate and finalize subcontractor accounts. Requirements: A degree in Quantity Surveyingwith at least 8+ years of surveying experience. Strong contractual and commercial acumen. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging with clients and design teams. Proven negotiation skills. Experience administering RIAI, GCC, and bespoke forms of contracts. Proficiency in IT and industry-specific software (experience with Cubit, CostX, and COINS is advantageous). Prior experience working on medium- to large-scale projects in sectors such as industrial, healthcare, pharma, commercial, and education.
