A Civils Foreman is required to join one of Ireland's leading Civil Contractors for civils projects in South Dublin UCD area location. Role: Manage and supervise on-site teams, including tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and to specifications. Coordinate daily activities, liaising with project managers, engineers, and planners to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Monitor work quality and compliance with project requirements, standards, and regulations. Enforce health and safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and ensure a safe working environment. Order and allocate materials, tools, and equipment as needed, and monitor usage. Identify and address any site issues swiftly to minimise delays or disruptions.
