About the Role
We're seeking experienced Legal Consultants for a variety of exciting projects with international companies. These roles are contract-based initially, typically lasting 6-12+ months, with strong potential for lengthy extensions. Legal Consultants can expect flexible working hours and the option to operate remotely or in a hybrid setup as well as premium hourly and day rates for these roles. Given the nature of the roles, they may be best suited to Non-practicing barristers, in-house legal counsels, solicitors looking for better work-life and flexible working arrangements, or qualified legal professionals returning from a period spent outside the industry or on leave. You will receive a fantastic onboarding experience, work in a collaborative and well-resourced team and have access to cutting-edge technology to deliver your legal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, including Master Service Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Statements of Work, Shareholder Agreements, and SaaS contracts.
- Provide end-to-end contract management support to meet the key objectives of various business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to bring contracts to successful conclusions while maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Work cross-functionally within organizations to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored legal solutions to achieve project objectives.
What You'll Need
- Qualified to practice law in Ireland and/or the UK, with 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with Irish and EMEA legal jurisdictions.
- Prior in-house commercial legal experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A collaborative, solutions-driven approach and excellent communication skills.
