Groundworks Foreman North Dublin Salary: Up to €75,000 Location: North Dublin An established residential developer is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to oversee multiple mixed residential projects across North Dublin. This is a long-term role with a strong pipeline of work and excellent career progression opportunities. Responsibilities Supervise all groundworks activities drainage, utilities, foundations, and roadworks. Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure safe, efficient delivery. Work closely with Site Management and Engineers to maintain quality and progress. Enforce site safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Groundworks or Civil Foreman on housing or mixed-use schemes. Strong knowledge of groundwork sequencing and service installation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Valid CSR/CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
