The focus of the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Car park Contracts Manager to join our team. The holder of this position will be ultimately responsible for managing existing contracts to ensure performance and KPI's are in line with business and client expectations. The role will initially focus on two sites potentially expanding as the successful applicant develops.
What you'll do:
1. Understand and manage all aspects of the contract and be the first point of contact between the business and the client.
2. Client Management: As the first point of contact with the client, you will be required to be flexible and build a working relationship through clear, honest, and open communication.
3. Team Management: Leading, motivating, and developing team members to achieve all goals and targets.
4. KPI Management: Work with on-site Supervisors to ensure that we are meeting our obligations under the contract.
5. Reporting: Provide the business and clients scheduled reports as agreed as well as ad-hoc reports as requested.
6. Client Meetings: Attend and contribute to client meetings.
7. Budget Management: Control of contract budgets ensuring that contracts are effectively managed (operational and financial).
8. Maintain and update company systems with up-to-date contact and activity details.
9. Develop and present status reports, for example, staff attendance, H&S Reports, KPI Reports, etc.
10. Actively work to expand contracts and add additional revenue streams to existing contracts.
11. Contribute to corporate initiatives as required.
What you'll bring:
1. Experience in Contract Management in a B2B Service or Facilities business.
2. 3+ years' experience in staff management.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience in building relationships with clients.
5. Flexibility and ability to travel to sites in South Dublin and GDA when required.
6. Excellent attention to detail, planning, and strong organisational skills.
7. Able to plan and prioritise workload ensuring tight deadlines are met at all times across a range of tasks.
8. Experience of brief taking, proposal preparation, client meetings, and presentations.
9. Experience of working in a similar role within the service or business-to-business sectors.
10. Self-motivated, confident, and proactive. Needs to hit the ground running.
11. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
