In this role, you will use your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities which shapes how new and existing business grows. You will leverage your entrepreneurial drive to goal, educate and persuade customers to embrace Google's latest advertising products and technologies. You will anticipate how decisions are made, understand the details of individual campaigns and persistently explore and uncover the business needs of key clients. You will set the goal and the strategy to achieve success with Google. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Grow Google Ads business for Search, YouTube and Display campaigns.
- Maximize campaign performance for a portfolio of key Customers.
- Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of business challenges.
- Build client and agency relationships through service excellence, balancing campaign needs with proactive approach to advising on digital activity.
- Identify the customer maturity level, define and deliver the learning agenda to upskill main Customer contacts.
