Who Were Looking For: A qualified and confident laser therapist with a passion for delivering results Someone ambitious and motivated to grow into a leadership role Strong interest in developing bespoke treatments and expanding clinic services Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude Primary Duties Perform high-standard laser treatments using systems such as: Candela / Alma Lasers / HydraFacial / CACI Conduct thorough client consultations and design tailored treatment plans Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and clinical standards in all treatments Support onboarding and training of new therapists as the team expands Assist in the development and refinement of new services and protocols Contribute to stock control, treatment documentation, and clinic operations Collaborate closely with management and medical leadership to ensure clinical excellence Other Salary Information Monthly Performance-Based Bonus Scheme Salary can exceed the advertised range based on experience and qualifications Flexi-time arrangement available within a 40-hour work week Opportunities for career progression and internal promotion Requirements Essential: Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Laser and IPL Treatments (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in laser and skincare treatments Proven experience operating devices such as HydraFacial, Alma, Candela, or Caci Ultra Ability to consult independently and design effective laser protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid work permit or visa for employment in Ireland Preferred (but not essential): Experience training junior therapists or leading a team Experience contributing to social media, marketing, or clinic promotions Interest in treatment development and launching new product lines Familiarity with clinical skincare (e.g. ZO Skin Health, Obagi, Natroceutics) Skills: Communication & Empathy Laser Treatments Min.
