Technical Records Specialist

Location: Shannon, Co. Clare (Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation)

Overview

Our client, a leading organisation within the aviation sector, is seeking Technical Records Specialists to join their expanding team in Shannon. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in aircraft technical records or related fields to progress their careers in a structured, professional, and dynamic environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and managing aircraft technical records in compliance with both regulatory and company standards. You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and planning departments to ensure the accuracy, traceability, and completeness of all technical documentation.

Ideal Candidate Background

While prior technical records experience is preferred, applications are also encouraged from individuals with related backgrounds such as:

- Aircraft maintenance personnel who have worked in planning, works control, or job card offices
- Engineering graduates with exposure to airline technical records or maintenance environments
- Candidates from Technical Services, CAMO, or Part 21 Design organisations

Key Skills & Requirements

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and EASA regulatory frameworks (Part M / Part 145)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
