Description:
We are hiring for our client, a top-tier international law firm, who are looking to strengthen their General Finance Group in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Lawyer with 1-4 years' PQE to work on some of the largest, most complex, and high-value finance deals in the market.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of finance mandates, including corporate lending (with sustainability-linked facilities), leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, fund finance, direct lending, loan portfolio sales, and advising financial institutions and alternative lenders.

The Role:

- Advise clients on corporate lending and sustainability-linked financing.

- Support leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

- Work on real estate and development finance deals.

- Advise on fund finance arrangements and direct lending.

- Handle loan portfolio sales and provide legal advice to financial institutions and alternative lenders.

The Person:

- 1-4 years' PQE in finance law, ideally within a recognised law practice or in-house.

- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

- Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
