Overview Cork, Ireland | Customer Service and Business Data Technician. This role is with RWS Group. Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and fluent in English? If you enjoy supporting users while working with data to identify patterns and ensure accuracy, this could be the job for you. Responsibilities Provide support to general users of the maps app via email Troubleshoot and, if required, escalate issues Handle business queries in accordance with company policies Evaluate data quality through web-based research and phone calls Apply critical thinking to identify high-level trends Identify root causes of trending issues via web research Create analytical reports Qualifications and Requirements Be eligible to work in Ireland Native speaker fluency in English, both verbal and written Willing to work on a full-time basis under a hybrid modality in Cork, Ireland Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about solving problems Passionate about IT and familiar with iOS and macOS Able to work with large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and draw conclusions to recommend actions Comfortable with placing outbound calls Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams Nice-to-have / Additional Information Experience with spreadsheets Experience with database systems Customer support experience in a technical environment Familiarity with basic GIS concepts and web-based map applications Experience in data analysis and with social media sites University Degree in Business Analysis or equivalent Job Details Specified Purpose Contract with possibility of extension (6-month probation) Full-time position under a hybrid modality in Cork, Ireland Day shift from Monday to Friday Benefits Birthday leave 10% discount on specific Company Healthcare Insurance 10–15% discount on annual gym membership 50% of shuttle costs covered by RWS Bike to Work scheme If you are interested and fulfill the requirements, please hit "Apply" and complete your application.
