Crown Decorating Centre Manager - Naas Rd, Dublin

We currently have a hugely exciting opportunity for a Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) Manager in our Naas RdDC.

The Role :

- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

- Overall management of all sales and operational matters within the store, including stock management

- Ensuring Company policies, procedures and controls are adhered to within the store

- Consistently deliver excellent customer service

- Developing effective working relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Your Profile :

- Proven track record of exceeding sales through customer service and coaching

- Previous store manager experience in a similar hardware or retail environment. This role may suit ambitious assistant managers ready for the next step in their career.

- Good organisational and commercial acumen

- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to building good relationships with customers, your team and other key stakeholders
