Due to continued growth in our business, we are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team on a range of civil engineering projects across Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work on high-profile infrastructure developments and gain valuable experience with a leading civil engineering contractor.

As our successful candidate you will be competent in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

- Provide and maintain setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction of work.
- Regularly check the setting out points, benchmarks and calibration of instruments and measuring equipment being used.
- Carryout as-built surveys and records of completed works.
- Management of Health, Safety & Environment matters of areas of direct responsibility.
- Assisting in managing systems to record the quality of work completed, testing, workmanship, and materials.
- Provide Engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries answered.
- Complete daily diary sheets and photographic evidence as required.
- Assist in basic planning, monitoring, and programming.
- Control and minimise waste on site.

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of site management, safety regulations, and surveying.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
- Full driving license required.
