Position Description:

The Investment Operations Manager will oversee the Loan Operations team, responsible for maintaining and processing all lifecycle events for Private Credit, managing client deliverables, and developing best-in-class processes to meet the evolving private loans market.

The manager will lead a team of Loan operation SMEs specializing in servicing private loans.

What you’ll do:

- Manage all client and team deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Create and implement operational standards and procedures.
- Support professional development of staff and supervisors.
- Become a subject matter expert on processing complex lifecycle events such as restructures.
- Stay informed of industry developments.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, internal teams, vendors, loan agents, and relationship managers across a global team.
- Manage resource planning, collaborating with other teams.
- Train, coach, and mentor new employees; motivate staff.
- Ensure client service excellence and timely query resolution.
- Lead or participate in initiatives and projects related to operational improvements and efficiencies.

What you bring to the table:

- At least 10 years’ experience in Alternative funds, with a minimum of 5 years in private credit/loan operations;
- 4 years in a supervisory or management role;
- Knowledge of portfolio accounting systems;
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx automation tools (desirable);
- B.S./B.A. in Accounting/Finance or related field.
