This is a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant role within our breakfast team. The role starts early to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. This is a full-time role that includes early mornings, weekdays, and weekends.
Responsibilities Opening & Preparation: Begin shift at 5:45 AM to set up the restaurant and breakfast buffet area, ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and presented to the highest standard.
Guest Service: Provide warm, attentive, and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
Buffet Maintenance: Continuously monitor and replenish the breakfast buffet, maintaining freshness and presentation throughout service.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and hotel team to ensure a smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Cleanliness & Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
