Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects deliverables

Build effective long-term relationships with clients

Liaise with client to document business and system requirements

Organise and attend stakeholder meetings

Assist with key data, system and reporting activities

Design and development of reports and system solutions

Develop, implement and test system changes

Lead data and analytics activities, such as data preparation, validation, analysis

Develop training and communications material

Support key business readiness activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Business or Commerce, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or relevant domain

Fluency in English both written and verbal

Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills

Ability to explore and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of databases and relational databases

Power BI, or SQL knowledge is desirable
