This role will report to the Branch Manager and will assist in all duties required to safely and effectively carry out the daily branch operations. Based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Responsibilities Top Class Customer Service Provide top quality, fast, efficient and friendly service at all times Build trusting relationships with our customers and provide excellent service and advice Keen interest in and understanding of our product range and services Branch Operations Ensure that the store and work environment are clean and well maintained at all times Work effectively both in the shop and in the store yard as require Requirements Keen interest in the Agri sector A proactive, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently Strong ability to multitask and consistently deliver work of a high standard in a busy environment Desired Skills Proven experience or training in administrative support, including record-keeping, order processing, and inventory management Solid IT skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), comfortable with digital systems for stock and sales management, and capable of quick adaptation to new software platforms Excellent organisational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritise effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role Experience in customer service or retail environments Full clean driving licence Forklift licence desirable Background or qualification in agriculture or farming is an advantage About us Through our expertise in research and development, customer insights, food safety and state-of-the-art manufacturing we bring innovative food and nutrition solutions to a global market.
