Vickerstock are working in partnership with one of Ireland's leading construction firms, renowned for delivering award-winning, high-quality projects across multiple sectors.
Due to continued growth, they now require an experienced Internal Site Manager to manage a Life Sciences fit-out project in Limerick.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of the construction industry, delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
The Role | Site Manager (Fit-Out)
You will take full responsibility for managing all fit-out activities, ensuring deliveryon time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of all fit-out
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, site teams and finishing trades
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations
- Oversee site Health & Safety, implementing all safety procedures and documentation
- Provide accurate progress reports and maintain strong communication with senior management
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- 5 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on fit-out projects
- Strong fitout experience
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
