We are presently recruiting for a Site Engineer for our clients, a modular construction company in Dublin. You will have at least 5 years of experience and will assume a crucial position supervising building projects, guaranteeing their timely completion while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing and overseeing all facets of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Interact and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other site management.
3. Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
4. Conduct regular site inspections in coordination with health and safety and other relevant bodies to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Recognise and address any problems or obstacles that come up during construction.
6. Communicate regularly with project team members to provide updates on project progress.
7. Create progress reports for clients and OCE management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a similar discipline is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a site engineer or site manager.
3. Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

A company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and laptop along with a salary in the region of €70 – €75,000 is offered.
