The Role:

As a Corporate/Banking Solicitor, you will:

- Advise on corporate and banking transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and structured finance.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
- Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.

The Person:

- NQ+ Solicitor with experience or interest in corporate or banking law (newly qualified or with post-qualification experience).
