At Elk Recruitment, we are seeking a driven Strategic Sales Manager with experience in the Security industry to join our client's growing team based in Kildare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Sales Manager who has experience in selling CCTV and Alarm systems to B2B customers to make a significant impact in an established security company.

Your new role includes:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting corporate clients with complex security needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, security heads, and procurement leaders.
- Design tailored security solutions aligned with client risk profiles and compliance standards.
- Manage the entire sales process including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and account management.
- Represent the company at industry events, security forums, and networking engagements.
Experience required:
- 5+ years in B2B solution sales, preferably within the security industry.
- Proven success in selling to corporate clients and closing high-value deals.
- Experience with enterprise security systems such as access control, CCTV, fire/intrusion systems.
- Strong consultative sales skills, including solution design and RFP/tender processes.
- An established network of security decision-makers across Ireland is desirable.
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and industry events.
