Responsibilities As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment across the site. Your day-to-day will include: Supporting production teams with maintenance activities. Responding to equipment breakdowns and documenting corrective actions. Participating in preventative maintenance programmes. Collaborating with contractors and electricians on new equipment installations. Performing routine inspections, calibrations, and repairs. Maintaining compliance with licenses and accreditations. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and emergency support when needed. Criteria We're looking for someone with: At least 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing role. A qualification in mechanical automation, maintenance fitting, or metal fabrication (desirable). Strong welding, fabrication, and fitting skills. Electrical fault-finding experience (a plus). A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to high standards. Robotic programming experience (advantageous). Reward This role offers a competitive hourly rate of €23 - €28, depending on experience.
