Architectural Technologist

Your New Company As an Architectural Technologist you will be working in a Cork studio, that due to incoming projects have the need for a junior level technologist. In Ireland they would be well known with their Cork office having a great remit over projects locally and internationally. The team is a close bunch with hand on directors working closely with juniors and seniors alike making for a great place of mentorship and training. Your New Role As an architectural technologist you will be supporting experienced members of the team on new and existing projects, allowing you to experience multiple different stages of construction. The project will be larger scale and span commercial, cultural, education, healthcare and residential. A real variety. Technically you can expect to be producing working drawings, tenders, fire certs and DAC. This is a technically focused role where you will thrive. This is a studio where I have seen first hand great progression of candidates from junior to senior levels and you can expect the same where promotion from within is valued. Job Requirements You should have a degree in Architectural Technology with at least 1-3 years experience on Irish projects. Your technical ability and knowledge on Irish building regulations, procurement and tender knowledge will be should be Revit proficient and any additional softwares will be gladly welcomed. Site experience will be an added bonus but not essential for the level of the role in the team where this sits.
