We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our sustainability team as a Sustainability Integration Manger. As an integral part of our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, the Sustainability Integration Manager will play a key role in developing, implementing and managing sustainability initiatives across Jones Engineering Group. Your Abilities & Responsaibilities will include: Project management and implementation of sustainability initiatives at a corporate and more specifically a project level. Collaborating with project teams to ensure sustainability objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle. Engaging with key internal stakeholders to integrate sustainability considerations into standard operating procedures. Engaging with external stakeholders including Suppliers and Clients on sustainability initiatives ensuring key requirements are met. Working with the Head of Sustainability and Sustainability Pillar Leads to develop sustainability strategies, policies and management plans. Contribute to sustainability compliance and incoming reporting requirements from regulatory bodies and stakeholders, including contributing to data collection and sustainability reports. Keeping up to date with industry developments and emerging sustainability trends. Travel to Jones Engineering project sites across Ireland, UK, mainland Europe and the Middle East to ensure effective integration of sustainability initiatives. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Qualification in a relevant field (Environmental Science, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Construction etc.) or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 5 years past experience specifically in the construction industry / site experience an advantage. Passion for sustainability and a commitment to corporate responsibility. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other data management software. Familiarity with ESG and Sustainability related software an advantage. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in managing varied tasks and responsibilities. Willingness to travel to project sites across all areas which Jones operates. Full driving licence.
