Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Experience in assessing and achieving client success by sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged promotions.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
- Ability to demonstrate and build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Ability to demonstrate and own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context in the region and meet quotas to drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver against aspiring quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Manage stakeholders and build relationships with the customer or agencies.
