Job Title: QA Operations Specialist

Location: Multiple locations in the United Kingdom

Pfizer, one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies, is currently seeking a QA Operations Specialist for multiple locations in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of Pfizer’s products and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP, company policies, and regulations
- Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis for deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
- Review and approve batch records, logbooks, and other quality documents
- Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs in a timely and effective manner
- Participate in internal and external audits, and assist with inspection readiness activities
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training on quality-related topics to staff and colleagues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Thorough understanding of GMP and other relevant regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems in pharmaceutical industry
