These roles will be a combination of being based in a retail branch, and on the road calling to customers. Located in our North Region, this role will report to an area/regional manager, and this role will support the delivery of our Agribusiness growth objectives. Responsibilities Youll gain experience across the Agribusiness category to include business development, branch and direct customer sales, farm development / advisory while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment. You will advance your technical experience by working closely with the wider agribusiness commercial teams, gaining the skills and confidence to develop our business through new sales and innovation. You will develop areas ranging from on-farm nutritional consultancy, technical advisory and project management. Work on aspects of our retail operations and managements, customer service, people management, category management and logistics Requirements High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree Strong technical knowledge and customer-facing/retail experience is an advantage Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment Thinks commercially and delivers customer centric solutions Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date resume.
