Location: Dublin 12 Salary: €30,000 - €33,000 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry: Medical Equipment Supply We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to support our client's procurement operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic industry, working closely with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of medical equipment and supplies. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the procurement of medical equipment and consumables in line with company policies and procedures * Maintain and update procurement records using SAP * Liaise confidently with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing * Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning * Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment * Resolve order discrepancies and support invoice reconciliation * Contribute to supplier performance reviews and cost-saving initiatives * Support the Procurement Manager with reporting and administrative tasks Skills & Experience Required * 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role (preferably in healthcare or medical supplies) * Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in dealing with suppliers and internal teams * Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Adecco Ireland is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
