Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Endoscopy Nurse. Our client is a well established private Cork city hospital, which requires a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Endoscopy to join the team.
The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee the implementation and provision of high-quality patient care, coordinate care, and drive management of activity and resources within the clinical area.
Responsibilities Lead a team of staff in the Endoscopy/Gastroenterology service
Coordinate and deliver Endoscopy/Gastroenterology services
Drive the management of activity and resources within the clinical area
Contribute to patient safety and quality initiatives
Qualifications Registered General Nurse on the live register with The NMBI
Demonstrable commitment to patient Safety & Quality
Minimum 5 years post-graduate acute care nursing experience
Flexibility and experience in coordinating Endoscopy/Gastroenterology services
Management qualification/educational preparation to degree level desirable
Proven leadership and change management skills
Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
Vision for development of service
Eligible to work in Ireland
