Job Title: Assistant Director of Services Location: Stamullen, Co. We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Director of Services to join our leadership team and play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of our residential services. Key Responsibilities Working closely with the Director of Services, the successful candidate will: Lead, support, and inspire teams to deliver safe, person-centred services. Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations and follow through on inspection outcomes. Drive continuous quality improvement through audits and Quality Improvement Plans. Oversee referrals, admissions, and transition processes. Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and independence for all residents. Take responsibility for governance, leadership, risk management, health & safety, training, and service development. Requirements A Level 7+ Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or Social Care Management. Minimum of 2 years management experience at PIC level (or above) within Disability Services or another relevant human service. Experience managing multiple designated centres. Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding legislation, and person-centred planning. A full drivers licence and access to own transport.
