As the InfoSec Regulatory Program Manager, you will drive the regulatory initiatives within the information security domain. This is an advisory role to enable our IT operations and local sites to align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.
The ideal candidate is familiar with IT compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, and brings strong project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
You will collaborate with colleagues and HID leadership to identify regulations impacting IT systems then design and track compliance programs across all of HID Global.

As our Infosec Regulatory Program Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Monitoring and assessing changes in relevant regulations, standards, and industry guidelines impacting HID’s IT systems and operations, to allow for timely updates to internal policies and procedures.
- Regularly reporting on the status of regulatory compliance across the European region to senior management, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and help identify teams impacted by regulations.
- Partnering with IT, Product IT, Product Security, Privacy, AI, Legal, and other experts to create and drive IT regulatory compliance programs.
- Working with internal and external resources to create and provide training, tools, and other compliance resources.
- Communicating compliance program initiatives to impacted teams and ensure they have access to the resources necessary for compliance.
- Identifying and tracking program metrics and report them to leadership.
- Working closely with impacted teams and track compliance efforts; notifying leadership of challenges the teams face and recommend solutions.
Your Experience and Background include:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in IT program management, or related roles.
- Working knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity laws and security standards (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, ePrivacy Regulation, ISO 27001, etc).
- Strong project management skills with experience of driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with IT risk management practices and frameworks is preferred.
- Certification such as Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Certification will be added advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical regulations, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
