Overview: This role reports to the Director, Marketing OC with a dotted reporting line to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager and sits within a wider pan-EMEA Marketing team. The EMEA Content Marketing Manager plans and develops the content marketing strategy for the region with a think global, act local mindset across owned channels. Responsible for the execution of the content marketing strategy for both the Irish and UK territories, youll collaborate closely with the territory Product Marketing Managers to localize content themes for cultural nuances, pop cultural trends, and for the different social and owned channel platforms pan-EMEA. Youll be responsible for reporting on the latest developments and trends across social media, email marketing, and influencers marketing, and adapting these under the One4all brand. A skilled, talented and detail-orientated wordsmith, youll be responsible for the guardianship of the One4all brand personality and tone of voice, delivering on copywriting projects as required. Youll also work cross-functionally with the Product Marketing Managers, Product, DTC, and Retail teams. BHN is growing rapidly, and our Original Content (OC) consumer brands are at the core of that growth as we expand and grow our brand presence across Europe. Crucial to the success of this role will be to understand the specific market needs pan-EMEA, and a forward-thinking mindset to easily localise plans to meet these. Youll be joining a dynamic and creative pan-EMEA marketing team who enjoy cross-collaboration and deploying fun, exciting campaigns, and marketing activities. You must be passionate about all things marketing, have a thirst for knowledge and expertise in driving positive brand awareness and affinity in the market. You must be comfortable working cross-functionally within this important region, contributing towards increasing followers and subscribers, and in turn, incremental sales, and incremental redemptions This role requires occasional travel. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a pan-EMEA content marketing plan for owned channels including social, emails, blogs and influencers marketing, executing and scheduling in Ireland and the U.K, and collaborating closely with Product Marketing Managers to support localisation. Create and develop an annual, centralized content marketing calendar with a think global, act local approach for BAU and key gifting occasions. Facilitate and drive regular meetings with the Product Marketing Managers for content ideation, localisations and pan-EMEA themes. Plan, develop and create a range of BAU and key gifting occasions campaign content under the One4all brand including the production of videos, gifs, statics, infographics, product stills, animations, memes, location videography and photoshoots, voxpops, and more, from brief to execution, to suit the different stylized outputs required for all owned channel platforms, under the One4all brand personality. Collaborate closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on email and blog engagement strategies, adopting an A/B testing mindset; writing, distributing, and reporting on monthly consumer and campaign emails for Ireland and the U.K. Develop, write and execute commercial-focused blogs and landing pages for Ireland and U.K. with SEO is front of mind. Drive ongoing refresh of older content for SEO-compliance. Lead on influencers marketing briefings pan-EMEA with focus on ensuring best-in-class practice and return on investment; liaise with agencies on Irish and U.K. influencers and support Senior Product Marketing Managers on localisations; act as brand guardian on tone of voice, quality and compliance checks, campaign hashtags; and influencers content approval. Act as a brand guardian ensuring excellent attention to detail on communications, and visual consistency, tone of voice, and brand personality is executed across all content marketing outputs. Ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to and recorded on electronic money products. Track and manage content marketing budgets including the campaign investments, post-boosting, allocation of purchase orders, and reporting. Report on marketing performance, evaluation and refine activity using learnings and evaluate return on marketing investment. Deliver marketing updates and reports for the EMEA region as required. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience with proven track record in a similar content role in consumer space is preferable Excellent verbal and written skills Proven ability to write engaging copy and create compelling, contemporary content across all platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc. Must have excellent attention to detail. Ability to work in fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines. Resourceful and curious if you dont know the answer, youll find it or craft it yourself and share. Ability to build effective relationships across several stakeholders pan-EMEA. Ability to work to multiple projects and campaign deadlines and adapt to changing situations. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing opportunities. Experience with eCommerce is desirable but not essential. Additional fluency in other European languages is highly desirable. Experience within a pan-EMEA marketing or media agency advantageous but not essential.
