Endoscopy Services Manager Clinical Nurse Manager 3 Are you a dynamic and experienced nursing leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Endoscopy Services Manager to lead and develop our Endoscopy Departments across our Eccles Street and Northern Cross facilities. In this pivotal role, you will: Provide strategic and operational leadership across both Endoscopy units. Drive the achievement of JAG accreditation through effective coordination and quality management. Ensure the delivery of safe, high quality patient care by managing the allocation of skilled nursing staff. Champion transformational leadership and innovative approaches to service delivery, aligned with our hospital's quality improvement plans. Foster a positive working environment that promotes continuous professional development, clinical excellence, and inservice education for all staff. Were looking for a leader who: Is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Has a minimum of 8 years post registration experience, with at least 2 years at CNM II level in Endoscopy services Degree level qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in a clinical specialism Builds strong collaborative relationships across all disciplines Proven leadership and management capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Join Mater Private and enjoy: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
