Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of HVAC products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop and optimize HVAC components and systems, including heat exchangers, air handling units, and refrigeration systems. Product Testing & Validation: Conduct performance testing, thermal analysis, and CFD simulations to improve efficiency and reliability. Manufacturing Support: Work closely with production teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality of HVAC products. Project Management: Manage engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Compliance & Standards: Ensure products comply with international HVAC regulations, safety codes, and energy efficiency standards. Innovation & R&D: Support new product development and drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with industry trends. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, CAD/Solidworks drawings, and specifications for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Any experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the HVAC industry or a similar manufacturing environment is a bonus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar). Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
