What You'll Do
Provide person-centred support in a residential care setting, helping individuals to develop self-care and independent living skills.
Deliver person-centred care, tailored to individual needs, building independence, self-care, and community integration.
Collaborate with individuals to set and achieve personal goals.
Support with daily living tasks while promoting dignity, autonomy, and choice.
Maintain accurate records, contribute to support plans, and engage in reflective practice.
Participate in training, supervision, and team activities to continuously improve service quality.
Who We're Looking For
Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health Care, Social Care, or equivalent (or strong relevant experience).
Excellent communication, planning, report-writing, and basic IT skills.
Commitment to best practice standards, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding of individuals' rights.
Reliability, empathy, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Garda vetting clearance required; full driving licence desirable but not essential.
Right to work in Ireland.
