Maintenance Manager Location: Dublin (Site & Office-Based) Salary: €60,000 €70,000 (DOE) A growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead its building services maintenance division. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a mechanical maintenance or facilities background who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing PPM schedules, client coordination, and a team of mobile service engineers. Role Overview: Manage day-to-day operations of the maintenance division, including scheduling and resource planning Coordinate maintenance and reactive works across HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems Liaise directly with engineers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of service contracts Handle quotes, issue work orders, prepare RAMS, and oversee documentation for all maintenance activities Oversee contract compliance, reporting and KPI tracking Provide technical support to the engineering team Input and track work via CAFM/maintenance management systems Key Requirements: 2+ years in a maintenance coordination or facilities management role Mechanical or building services background preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance scheduling software Strong organisation and communication skills Knowledge of safety regulations, permits, RAMS, FGAS, etc. Full clean drivers licence Whats on Offer: Salary: €60,000 €70,000 depending on experience Long-term opportunity within a growing Irish-owned company Career progression into senior management roles Regular training and upskilling
