Accounts Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled accounts professional or an experienced general administrator looking to transition into an accounts & finance focused role.

About the Job

This permanent position has become available due to an internal promotion, offering a dynamic candidate the opportunity to join one of the best employers in the region and further develop their career in a globally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support back office finance duties and accounts processing as part of the shared services accounts team.
  • Match and process invoicing, investigate variances and potential issues in accounts reports, resolve queries, and ensure accurate submission of AP payments.
  • Update supplier account information, assist accountants with monthly close processes, and support projects across the team.
Requirements:
  • A 3rd-level degree in business studies, accounting, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounts, banking, or financial administration focused role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Strong IT and reporting skills.
  • A car and full/clean driving license (ideally).
The Offer:

This permanent role offers a salary range dependent on experience, expected to be between €30,000 and approximately €34,000, along with a strong additional benefits package.

The position will have a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days worked from home/remote. The initial training/onboarding period will be fully in-office.

Candidates must be available for in-person interviews, and those with restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
