Job Description:

Taking care of overall Facility & Admin activities is crucial for a seamless operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly technical check per PPM schedule.
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service and repair works.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
  • Record energy consumption readings.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot DG systems.
  • Ensure all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical are in good working condition.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
  • Support production by working safely and focusing on customer needs.
  • Perform refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like Trolleys, Cages, Carts.
  • Conduct regular Fire Alarm & Fire extinguishers checks.
  • Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pump, rolling shutters.
  • Participate in regular Electrical works.
  • Issue Height work, hot work permits.
  • Attend Civil & Plumbing Corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, RCA, sharing incident reports.
  • Update tools inventory using the EAM tool.
  • Carry out PPM schedule maintenance as per EAM/PPM schedule.
  • Taking care of Soft services activities i.e. Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap & Garbage/waste disposal.
  • Handle agency staff & overall shift management.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering is required. A diploma or degree in this field is also necessary.
