The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join the commercial analytics team. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced pricing models and analytical processes. You’ll play a key part in shaping data strategy, driving profitability and growth through data‑led insights, and supporting cross‑functional teams with analytical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing and analytical models to support business strategy and growth.

Lead the design and improvement of data‑driven pricing processes and tools.

Build, maintain, and communicate data visualisations and reports to stakeholders.

Deliver actionable insights through statistical modelling, forecasting, and segmentation.

Provide analytical support on pricing and commercial initiatives across the business.

Manage ad‑hoc analytical requests and projects from end to end.

About You

Degree in Engineering, Science, Statistics, Actuarial Studies or a related field.

5+ years’ experience in a pricing or analytical role, ideally within financial services.

Strong experience with statistical modelling and predictive analytics (e.g. regression, forecasting, segmentation, ML techniques).

Proficiency in Python , R , SQL , and Excel ; experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).

Strong mathematical background with excellent problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data insights clearly.

Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high‑quality analytical outputs to deadlines.
