We're currently recruiting a dedicated Deli Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis , contracted to 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and presenting hot and cold deli items, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
Setting up and maintaining the deli counter, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
Serving customers efficiently and with a friendly, professional manner.
Handling individual customer requests with a can-do attitude and aiming to exceed expectations.
Following food hygiene, allergen, and Health & Safety guidelines in line with provided training.
Ensuring correct storage and rotation of food items and equipment.
Assisting colleagues as required to ensure smooth running of the operation.
Our ideal Deli Assistant will:
Positive can do attitude and willingness to learn.
Good people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
A good level of spoken English.
Previous experience in a deli, catering, or customer service role would be an advantage, but is not essential.
