Job description: To ensure a safe and secure environment for the care, safety and welfare of the children To work in close co-operation with management in relation to the overall delivery of service provided by the crche. To engage the children in developmentally appropriate learning activities to facilitate the development of each child To be flexible to work with all ages of the children To maintain a organised and clean environment for the children To ensure all daily reports of children are completed to ensure accurate communication at the end of the day To build relationships with parents on a ongoing basis Qualifications and Experience Minimum Fetac/QQI Level 5 in Childcare qualification or equivalent (check with DCYA) Pay:Starting€13.65-€16.28 per hour. The pay will be reviewed after 3 months. Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: childcare: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: QQI Level 5 in childcare (preferred) Work Location: In person Skills: Childcare qualification Child Welfare Working with children Early years Early years education Benefits: Christmas Bonus Staff party Trainings Skills: Care Childcare Teamwork Teacher Skills: Childcare qualification Early years education Child supervision Nurseries
