The job: Account Executive (DACH) – SMB

One of our clients, a fast growing IT company, is looking for a German sales professional to join their team of Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close, creating partnerships and relationships with leading companies and organizations in the market/region.

Drive growth and build client base across the region.

Build the client base across EMEA.

Actively manage pipeline and develop a strategy for long‑term sustained success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English and German.

Minimum 2 years of carrying net‑new revenue quota with consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions.

Experience selling to founders, business owners, and marketing personas, with strong knowledge of the eCommerce/retail/brand domain.

Ability to qualify, position, and close deals.

Enthusiastic about meeting targets.

Excellent team player, always ready to go an extra mile.
