What You’ll Be Doing:

- Designing and developing software for the computer-aided design of next-generation microchips.
- Optimizing and troubleshooting cutting-edge software programs used in the design and verification of integrated circuits.
- Collaborating with a high-powered R&D team based in Dublin on exciting projects.
- Utilizing state-of-the-art timing analysis, machine learning, cloud computing, and runtime/memory optimization techniques.
- Bringing innovative ideas to life and contributing to the continuous technological advancement of the company.
- Engaging in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

- Contributing to the development of software that is essential for designing next-generation microchips.

What You’ll Need:

- A minimum of an MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. A Doctorate or equivalent industrial experience is desired.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Proven ability to code complex software, preferably in C or C++.
- Proven ability to bring a significant project to a successful conclusion.
- Strong history of academic performance in relevant fields such as mathematics, digital systems, and electronics.
- Experience with algorithms and data structures.
- Familiarity with software engineering principles and multithreading and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of digital logic design and EDA/CAD tools (e.g., timing, synthesis, layout, routing, SPICE, circuit simulation, gate-level simulation).
- Experience in machine learning or cloud technologies would be a plus.
