Senior or Staff Grade Occupational Therapist - Acute General Medicine (Meath) Location: County Meath Contract: 3-month locum (starting January) Pay: €35-€45 per hour DOE Requirements: CORU registration essential Emerald Locums is recruiting a Senior or Staff Grade Occupational Therapist for an acute General Medicine role within a busy hospital setting in Meath. This 3-month locum contract begins in January and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing high-quality acute inpatient care. Key Responsibilities: * Complete comprehensive OT assessments within an acute general medicine setting * Develop and implement individualised treatment and discharge plans * Provide functional, mobility, cognitive, and ADL assessments * Work closely with the MDT to ensure safe and efficient patient flow * Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with CORU and hospital standards * Contribute to service delivery and support the wider team as needed Requirements: * Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy * CORU registered (essential) * Experience in acute care or general medicine preferred * Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced acute environment What's on offer: * €35-€45 per hour, depending on experience * 3-month contract beginning January * Supportive MDT environment * Weekly pay via Emerald Locums If you are a Staff Grade or Senior Occupational Therapist interested in an acute locum role in Meath, we would love to hear from you.
