Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce we are currently accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Person In Charge in Galway . Our client provides services to children, adults and older persons with disabilities who need help and support to live more meaningful lives of their choosing.
This role is a permanent 39 hours per week with on call payment.
A suitable candidate will have:
·A third level degree in Health & Social Care or relevant
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care.
· A management qualification or working towards same.
·Experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, logistical skills
·Designing and Implementing Programmes desirable
·Hold a full, clean driving license for at least two years.
·Mental Health training/experience an advantage
·Experience of ensuring services is run in accordance with HIQA regulations
