The Role:

- Develop and maintain a client pipeline, achieving individual targets through relationship management and lead generation.

The Person:

- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) essential; additional qualifications like RPA, AIIPM, or CFP are desirable.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' sales experience in the Life and Pensions industry, preferably within a broker environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
