The right candidate for this role will be a senior level engineer who has had past experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers within a team ensuring clear progression. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the disciplines that our client specialises in whilst having the ability to manage the full electrical design on projects of various sizes.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Relevant Electrical Engineering degree
- Previous experience in working on multiple engineering projects
- 6+ years of Building Services consultancy experience
- Experience in the full cycle of design
- Experience in maintaining client relationships
- Experience in mentoring junior engineers
- Proven ability to lead projects
