A well-established Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team for a prestigious project in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of Irelands top contractors on a high-profile development. Role & Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accurate version control and timely distribution to relevant parties. Coordinate with the project team to ensure documents are submitted, reviewed, and approved in compliance with project deadlines. Maintain a structured and organized document management system for easy access and retrieval of information. Collaborate with site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure documentation processes run smoothly. Provide training and support to project staff on document control systems and procedures. Monitor and update records to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Generate regular reports on document status, highlighting potential delays or issues. Support project administration tasks as required, ensuring efficient office and documentation practices. Requirements: 2+ years experience in a Document Controller role, ideally within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of document management systems and tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with construction software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. A proactive approach with the ability to identify and resolve documentation issues promptly.
