Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Minimum Requirements:

- Ability to work in a team of professionals.
- The ability to work to often challenging timescales.
- A qualification in a related discipline to HND level, equivalent or above is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to communicate effectively with all parties.
- Analytical skills and experience in MS package preferred.
- A clear ability for logical thinking and working in an ordered fashion.
- Understanding of planning techniques.
- Commercial and contractual awareness.
- Experience in reviewing project documentation.
- Tender/preconstruction experience would be an advantage.

Our Intermediate schedulers will support and be directed by senior project managers and senior schedulers. You will take control of administration and build integrated schedules within a client organisation. You will build using historic information or through interviewing discipline leads integrated project schedules up to level 3. You will compile data from schedule submissions and critique same using existing guidelines. You will advise experienced project managers & interrogate schedule submissions to advise status and reliability of forecasting for assigned projects. Training in the use of Primavera and related scheduling tools will be provided to you to assist in your professional development.

- Supporting the Planning manager in developing and maintaining detailed Schedules in P6 & Microsoft Project, up to Level 3.
- Supporting management of sub-contractor programs in line with the master schedule specification.
- Assimilate and interpret information from project documentation.
- Understand planning techniques and developing them into a working program with support & guidance of the Planning Manager.
- Compile concise narratives, phasing, reports and supporting documents for input into quality submissions for projects.
- Utilise several planning techniques and tools to communicate the program effectively.
- Contribute, support and communicate program information and risk issues to operational & management teams in a variety of formats.
- Manage collaborative planning workshops with clients, operational teams and subcontractors (depending on Project requirements).
- Update and monitor project progress, compile reports against project and contract requirements.
- Assist in introducing and analysing change in programs and support the commercial teams.
- Create and issue bespoke reporting for projects.
- Evaluate subcontract & other programs.
- Comply with business processes and systems.
- Maintain awareness of latest scheduling techniques.
