Position: Accounts Receivable Administrator Grade IV Location: Dublin City Centre South Contract: 35hr week, ongoing Hourly Rate:€18.82 Key Responsibilities of AR Administrator: Process daily incoming receipts in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivables payments in IPMS & SAP. Prepare bank lodgements daily to ensure timely and accurate processing. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all bank receipts are accounted for and properly recorded in IPMS & SAP. Assist with bank reconciliation by verifying and following up on all discrepancies and queries. Support Credit Control by following up on outstanding invoices and addressing payment queries. Qualifications and Experience: At least 3 years experience in accounts receivable or similar role is essential Relevant 3rd level qualification is preferred. Proficiency in IPMS & SAP or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with internal and external audit processes is a plus.
